The Passion of Isabel rushes ahead. The set is almost ready, all those perky details are being taken care of by Jac, sometimes with a little help from Eric the torturer and of course Bea who has to be in place when Jac tests the lights, the chains, The Rack and all those things he plans to use in the movie. I’m telling more of the development of the project at the Red Feline Club.

@17399) Reine Margot Yesterday Jac and Bea were again taking pictures at the location after setting up more lights. They are getting closer to production! The pic of Bea with the metal band around her waist is excellent. It looks much better than anything that came from the Justine set. There is a sense of vulnerability in the girl’s body language, and the predicament is perfect with the iron pulling on and indenting her flesh.

As you know, from watching JUSTINE, the metal belt has a huge and heavy metal ball hanging and pulling the belt down, pressing her flesh further. It is in that position, under that duress, standing on the spikes under her feet, that she’s going to be suffering a good flogging. Jac took many pictures of that moment, they are all good, one of them might become the poster for the film.

But the strap around her throat makes me think hanging would be a perfect punishment for the purple hair. lol

The strap is not a strap. Strap implies a softer material, like leather, that is a metal brace that holds Isabel’s neck. A punishing position, to be sure, but the hair has nothing to do with it. BTW, I understand that the hair will be her normal black.

Thanks, Margot, for the continuing updates about Bea’s (Isabel’s) Passion. I’m in for a year to see how the story unfolds and am glad to see that others are joining. Inspired by the popularity of the tiger bench, perhaps Jac will finally set to work on Bea’s soles: the bench is a great start, then probing with a sharp stick (knitting needle, toothpick) elicits a strong reaction…then on to the bastinado and a touch of hot irons or fire. All this with knees locked on the tiger’s bench should give Bea plenty to be passionate about. Cheers!

Thank you provost for joining the club… and better, to want to be with us for a whole year! You became part of that 50% goal we reached today! I’m very happy to see people joining and offering their support! As far as your comment on the Tiger’s Bench, I’m afraid that The Passion of Isabel is not set in a period of time when the Tiger Bench was famous and/or known. That torture is not in the script. However it is more than possible that it will be put to great use in the second feature with Bea, Agent Y, set in modern times, a spy story in the tradition of Agent X, where our new heroine can suffer all kinds of 21st century indignities. There is a scene like Tigers Bench in Perils of Jane in the Green Inferno, where Jane gets a bastinado treatment in such fashion. Isabel will get a bastinado in The Passion of Isabel, but that’s for another post later.
