Conversatorium VI

I did not start this post as a Conversatorium, but a couple of messages came my way and I had to add to the one comment I was going to respond. So, here it comes.

With regard to how Simonne would be “rescued”, have another slave in the background when Paulina discusses her plan to poison Simonne’s husband. That slave can be seen again speaking to a Roman official. With Simonne up on the cross and Paulina close by, a Roman “officer” walks up and informs Paulina she is under arrest and orders that Simonne be taken down.

That’s a suggestion that would need a very detailed story development, beginning with the actual plot at the beginning, like the intro to a Columbo episode where we see the crime first.

But for argument sake, let’s say that story line is considered. It would have to lead to that 5th movie where Paulina meets her cruel end up on the cross, or a twist in the fourth one where Sabina is rescued and Paulina is put in her place.

The first thing would be to consider the actual possibilities. Is Geraldine, who will most likely play Paulina, willing to go through that? It hasn’t been discussed with her at all, not before, not now, not even suggested as a possibility. When she worked on 69, she went through some intense s&m scenes, but from that to put her up on a cross, there’s a long, long distance.

All the protagonists in Crucified Four have suffered a number of crucifixions and in the most uncomfortable ways possible. Not Geraldine. We don’t know if she would go through that. And if she does, what does it mean, a bunch of changes in the script, a new production plan, an increase in the budget? Yes to all of that.

At this point in the process we have to make sure that we can make the four films in the time frame that seems to be the best and in the way the four scripts are structured, it allows for the four stories to be shot as one. Adding to that would make things more complicated, a whole new story linde would have to be added and make it work within the four… or five stories.

Personally, watching a dead body being taken down would be a bit morbid.

Some people like that scenario, of a dead victim taken down from her cross and laid down on the ground.

For the Mini series The Man On The Moon Jac planned that precise scenario, where Carmen’s character who was killed in a ritual ends up thrown in a ditch somewhere. Before shooting the mini series Jac and Carmen worked out a video where she is crucified and after she dies she lays on the ground, dead.

Carmen’s performance as a corpse rolling down a hill and laying still after that was excellent.

Conversation topic – are you folks going to keep the crux four’s hair trimmed so that it doesn’t flop across their chests? I know Jac likes long haired beauties, but please don’t block the view again.

Well, there are some specific details about the look of the characters in the four films. The Warrior has a wild kind of hair, a little bit beyond the shoulders, but not a lot. However, Dani’s hair is growing as we speak, she might trim it down when shooting time comes. Maybe.

In the case of The Priestess, Mila’s hair will be shoulder length, in the traditional Cleopatra look, with bangs on her forehead and all of that. As a matter of fact that’s what inspired Jac to consider about an Egyptian Priestess, it was Mila’s look in a still from Pygmalion, she looked amazing, sensual and very much like an Egyptian beauty.

In the case of The Slave, Ligia’s hair is longer now. She might trim it down. She looked very good with shorter hair in Seditiosa, she might cut her hair shorter for Crucified Four.

In the case of The Empress, Simonne’s hair now is dyed mostly white, it looks blond, but it is not. I don’t know the reason she did that, but that’s not an issue, just a fact. She mentioned to Jac that she would be cutting her hair a lot in the near future. Jac has some ideas of how she should look like in Crucified Four. Maybe a nice wig will be involved. Women of Roman nobility had a certain look, with their hair braided in some traditional ways.

Hello Margot (…). Yesterday, I successfully supported $250 to you through PayPal via email. Can I access the existing movies before the release of the new ones? (I already have many of your movies in my movie library), I am very interested in Camille Preparations. In fact, many of your works are great. For the past twenty years, I have been collecting various types of torture films of the same kind, and your level has always ranked first in my opinion. I sincerely hope that you can have better development. I am not actually a fan of crucifixion scenes, but I am very fond of medieval torture. From the information on the Cruz forum, how many of your movies can I get? Can I have any benefits? I hope to receive your reply, thank you.

Hello (…), I’m not sure I understand you correctly. Let me first clear something. Our offer for the 250 contribution to Crucified Four is for the four films, when they come out, plus the four CruxBound movies … or any new four films. Do you want  Camille Prepares as one of the four films?
I can send you a code for that. If you want three other films I can arrange that too. Let me know.

Hello Margot, I’m sorry my English is not very good and sometimes the translator may not translate accurately. According to the rules, can I get four other movies (including unreleased new movies and currently available movies) in addition to the Crucible Four? If so, I would like to get Camille Prepares and CruXtreme III – The callback, and I will choose the other two from future released new movies. Is that okay? thank you. I have to say that the CruXtreme series is great, I have purchased both I and II.

That sounds good. I’ll send you codes for those two films. Thank you for your comments about our films.
I will use your comments in a post to encourage others to do the same.

You can still take advantage of our offer for the first 10 supporters who contribute 100 to Crucified Four in 10 days; however, there are only 3 days left!! Do it now!
