When Dani and Jac began the three part project\u00a0Crux Extrema<\/span><\/strong>, now\u00a0CruXtreme<\/span><\/strong>, the title sounds more up to our current meta-modern world, there was just an idea. Three separate scenarios where Dani is tortured in one different individual torture instrument each time. One of them\u00a0The Post<\/strong>\u00a0had an obvious outcome. The other two, not so obvious. One thing Jac knew was that\u00a0The Wheel<\/strong>\u00a0was very suitable for Dani, so it would be the first to be used. The challenge was to focus for an entire movie of more than an hour on that contraption.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the first part of the torture, Dani is made to lay on top of The Wheel<\/strong>, face down, her wrists attached to shackles on opposite walls. It begins as a game, uncomfortable, sometimes painful, but a game. The young woman first suffers The Ridding Crop<\/strong>, on her back, her feet, she reacts to it, but to her it is just a game. Then comes a kind of Cat O’nine Tails whip, which she finds more painful and wishes to stop the game, her cries go unheard. Then comes The Flagellum<\/strong>, that can rip her skin to shreds… It’s no longer a game.It’s deadly torture<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For\u00a0CruXtreme II – Room For Rent<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0The focus is on\u00a0The Rack<\/strong>. In Jac’s mind, it was going to be a simple film, maybe half an hour, concentrated on the rack and it’s normal use, he didn’t think he could stretch the possibilities. But at the very beginning of production things changed, Jac found more than a couple of possibilities for it’s use and, suddenly, the film that was going to be an in-between two very intense movies, became far more intense than the first one.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

CruXtreme III – The Callback<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0Is definitely going to be even more terrific than the previous two. Last Thursday, Jac decided he wanted to test other cameras to be used in the film. One is the GoPro that hasn’t been used in a long time. He set it up on top of the post, where it will stay for the entire production, to record the film from a extremely high angle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He will use the main camera, the 4K, for principal photography, of course, and possibly another camera to capture the same scene from totally different perspectives. What Jac has in mind for this movie is nothing short of extreme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

CruXtreme I<\/strong>\u00a0is out there in three versions.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n
