\u200bFirst, the movie\u2019s most dynamic image, the restrained and punished woman, surpasses other Jac Avila creations with the possible exception of Maleficarum. Amy Hesketh, Mila Joya, and Beatriz Rivera are easy on the eyes and offer the visual delights of a good whipping that S&M aficionados appreciate. But that\u2019s for just for starters. There\u2019s more. Take the archetypal number three, the staple of myth and legend which accounts for its dominance in the Bible. Jac Avila follows Sade\u2019s lead in exploring it. The novel mentions twenty-one victims (three sevens) consumed in the prison fire. Adulthood is also age twenty-one, a hint that when Justine escapes from prison, she is old enough to take responsibility for her decision-making, or more specifically her inaction, in a theme that runs through Sade\u2019s work.<\/em><\/span><\/p>Read more of Rich Moreland’s essay about JUSTINE:<\/a>

Who knows if Eda’s story or Agent Y will will ever come to pass any time soon. \u200bI can say that it is almost official. Bea and Jac have began the process to shoot at least three movies between now and the end of February! One of said movies will be in the style of\u00a0Le Marquis De La Croix<\/span><\/strong>. That means a medieval period setting, same period torture instruments, some of which we already have and Jac is considering some others. Another film will be in a contemporary setting, in the style of\u00a0Agent X<\/strong>,<\/span> modern tortures, including electrical shocks and so on. Plenty of whipping, of course, that’s our style, and, yes, total nudity. The third film is going to be made in the style of\u00a0Sirwi\u00f1akuy<\/span><\/strong>. or\u00a0Pygmalion<\/span><\/strong>.. A story of the naughty doings of an unlikely couple.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u200bIn the meantime\u00a0The Spectres of Blood Castle<\/span><\/strong>. will be released next year, as well as\u00a0Seven Days on the Cross Five<\/span><\/strong>, an hour and a half version of the\u00a07 DAYS<\/strong>\u00a0series but as a stand alone film with the long awaited sequence of\u00a0Varinia<\/strong>\u00a0suffering impalement while she agonizes nailed to the cross, the price she must pay for the water she’s made to drink, drop by drop, from the wet and dirty rag that once covered her tortured body. Another film that might be released next year is\u00a0Double Cross<\/span><\/strong>, a film where Amy and Vero share a cross after being forced to torture each other.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u200bBea tried costumes for the medieval period movie, three of them, and Jac picked one that gave her a very innocent look. It is a simple but beautiful dress that fits her well and one that she will wear during the first sequence of the movie, and ONLY during that first sequence, she will loose it and nothing will cover her for the rest of the story. Bea saw\u00a0Le Marquis De La Croix<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0a couple of weeks ago for the first time. She hadn’t seen it. One afternoon she and Jac got together, had tea and then she asked to see it. When it was over, she said she liked it and that was all. So, when she suggested she would be willing to embark in the kind of intense, intimate, filming adventure that Camille, Amy, Vero and Mila went through with Jac, she understood that she would go all the way, as they did. There are no limits except those dealing with safety issues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u200bAfter long discussions between Jac and Amy… and of course Bea, they came up with the idea to create a members only page for all those who wish to support these projects. Depending on the amount of their contribution to these projects, supporters would have access to the site for either a month, 3 months or 9 months or until the time the film is released, which ever comes first. There will be the option of contributing to special perks, as well a pre buying a DVD or download. The page will start in early in January, once we have it set. It will show the progress of the film(s), with pictures and clips of the making of the movie, a description of the story line, a detail of the tortures the new heroine will go through and more. I will be posting the progress of these projects here, from time to time, of course, however, because of the over exposure to\u00a0JUSTINE<\/span><\/strong>, we feel that it is better that we don’t go crazy promoting these new films, so expectations won’t be so high that they will never be met. Instead, we’ll go for a more discreet kind of promotion and mostly in the members only site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u200bThese unexpected projects have suddenly brought\u00a0Maleficarum II<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0to the foreground. If given the green light, Bea will have a critical leading role in that film. There are four other actresses who have made their wish to be part of the new inquisition movie known, but we still have to do casting with them. I’m not suggesting that\u00a0Maleficarum II<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>will be made for sure, I’m only intimating that it has become a strong possibility. It does need a lot of funds. If anyone is wondering about Amy and Mila acting in any of the upcoming movies, Amy will be starring in Erix film, she also has a leading role in\u00a0The Series<\/strong>., she’s going to be one of the directors as well as one of the producers. She will return in\u00a0Dead But Dreaming II and III<\/span><\/strong>, she’s going to be producing more and she has at least two projects she’s going to be directing. Mila, in the other hand, has a great role in\u00a0The Series<\/strong>\u00a0and another one in Erix film and she’ll be in\u00a0Dead But Dreaming II and III<\/span><\/strong>. I don’t know what her plans are after that. She has decided that for the time being, until we start shooting\u00a0The Series<\/strong>, she’s going to be doing a lot of her own artistic work, and taking care of her son, who has reached an age where he needs a lot more of parenting than before.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u200bThat’s all the news I have for now, we’re closing the year, preparing for the holidays, trips here and there, some are going far, some are staying put. Bea and Jac are now busy preparing for the new productions while the rest of the team went on vacation until next year. We’re all turning the leaf, hoping that things will not get as terrible as we all fear they will. The world is getting closer to the apocalypse. And it doesn’t look like the feared Zombie apocalypse, it looks more like the Clown’s apocalypse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
