Everyone in our team was very surprised when I announced to them that Maleficarum II – Monxa Mala<\/span><\/strong> was now entering the pre production stage. M<\/span><\/strong>-II<\/strong> <\/span>was in the limbo called Development<\/strong> until last Tuesday, when the first contribution to the film went in the bank.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Everyone in our team was working towards the production of Cage<\/span><\/strong> (working title soon to be changed) when I started conversations with one of our steady supporters. He send me a link to an Italian film from the 70’s where he saw a very intense whipping scene. Curious, I saw the clip and initiated a conversation that led to a plan, and then to an agreement. Bea will suffer a similar fate but in incredible detail and for quite a bit in a very intense scene in Maleficarum II – Monxa Mala<\/span><\/strong>. I will be discussing the specifics of the scene soon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It’s been 7 years since we began work on Maleficarum<\/span><\/strong> and BARBAZUL<\/span><\/strong>. In November of 2010 we were traveling to a far away location to shoot Amy’s second feature film. By March of 2011 we produced THREE feature, big production values films!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It’s fascinating to me to see that right when we were going to start shooting Cage<\/span><\/strong>, like seven years ago, we get a solid offer to shoot another big production budget inquisition movie: Maleficarum II<\/strong>.<\/span> Isn’t that a coincidence or destiny or what?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We’re working in the pre production of three feature films,very much like seven years ago, not counting the experimental film The Student – Training Dani<\/strong>, a movie that Jac and Dani will begin shooting as early as next week. I will have some pictures of Dani soon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
