Torquemada’s work is done, he takes one last look to his masterpiece and retreats to his quarters, after lashing her a few times, of course, leaving\u00a0Isabel<\/strong>\u00a0to suffer her final agonies. She will bleed slowly, her muscles will betray her, she will loose all resistance and, eventually, she will take her last breath… but it will take time, Torquemada is sure. He will return at dawn to see if poor\u00a0Isabel<\/strong>\u00a0survived the night.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
