The night of March 16 Jac gathered the cast and crew of Amy\u2019s latest film\u00a0PYGMALION<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0to watch the film and celebrate Bea\u2019s and Mila\u2019s birthdays. The party was a success, everyone loved the film very much, and it was clear they were very, very impressed by the film itself and the performances of everyone, particularly by Mila\u2019s acting in it; she plays three characters in the film, Vera, a violinist who plays in the street for money and is recruited to play Elisa Doolittle. She also plays herself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I believe Mila was very impressed with herself and the movie too. Beto, who was the inquisitor in\u00a0Maleficarum<\/span><\/strong>, was very specific when he told her:\u00a0You should return to acting, you are amazing<\/span><\/em>. Those words expressed what everyone was thinking and it became clear to Mila that she was much appreciated and that perhaps she should return to the family. After the party she agreed to meet with Jac to discuss her possible participation in the future productions at a later date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A couple of nights ago they met. Jac told Mila that he was closing the cast for\u00a0Maleficarum II – Monxa Mala<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0and the time to make up her mind had arrived. It was either a yes or no, and it had to be right there and then. He didn\u2019t even offer her a beer, or anything.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The pressure had been on Mila for a while and evidently she had made up her mind before the meeting because Mila didn\u2019t hesitate much, she didn\u2019t need a lot of encouragement anymore. She said YES<\/em><\/span>. Jac was extremely happy and pleasantly surprised. Now that the Magnificent Seven<\/strong> have been selected, Jac has began to work with the script. The basic story was there for a long time. He was not sure he would get enough actresses willing to be tortured and mistreated while being naked, most of the time. He was kind of stuck with a story that demanded a good number of nuns, most of whom would suffer quite a lot. All that changed this week when Mila joined the cast, ending the search. It doesn\u2019t mean that there will not be more nuns, it only means that the principal characters have been selected and the pre-production can move on.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The attention now goes to what will happen to the Magnificent Seven<\/strong>, how many times, for how long and so on and so forth. This is not a new discussion. Recently I continued my exchange with our first supporter, P\u00edcaro<\/strong>, who made sure that oneIconic Scene<\/strong> will happen, that of Bea whipped at the post until fainting, water thrown at her, burned with hot irons, whipped again\u2026 and so on.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Superb! What a collection of bold and beautiful women!! The previews are a wonderful opportunity to preview aspects of the film and perhaps to influence the roles and their experiences. The rack and wheel are fearsome devices\u2026.. I would welcome a view of their bare soles, allowing us to decide which one might best stand on the spikes (as Amy did), brave the bastinado, or have her feet put to the fire. Jac is in the process of completing the script and working out the tortures that will be included. There are many suggestions that involve the Bastinado<\/strong>, Water Torture<\/strong>, the infamous Judas Cradle<\/strong>, BATS<\/strong>, Crucifixions<\/strong> and a host more. Most of the suggestions are coming from our dear supporter P\u00edcaro<\/strong>, but a few come from Provost<\/strong>, or D. Santorum<\/strong> and from the fiendish mind of Jac himself. I think the purpose of the Crowd Funding Campaign<\/strong> is to clear that field, because, in matters of film production and torture, money talks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Maleficarum II<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0is a very ambitious project, more than any of our previous films, because it involves a great cast of many beautiful women, the\u00a0Magnificent Seven<\/strong>, and an incredibly cruel inquisition story. What happens in it will depend a lot on how much we can raise and in how long.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
